This park needs lots of work but needs someone who is willing to spend the money to make it look great again. I started that until I was let go for NO REASON. Yes I am bitter. This isn't how you treat good employees or contractors. I was making a difference along with Kathy, Steve and Derek who are unappreciated in all that they do.
Mobile home Park, reasonable lot rent, not alot of amenities.
Think twice about working there or living there. I have never left a review before but needed the truth to be told.
Then will let you go, fire you without cause. He hasn't even been here to this location in over 30+ years. I thought I was working for an honest man with integrity, but I was wrong.
Needs a lot of work
I worked there for almost 1 yr. Did more than what was expected of me as a contractor remodeling the mobile homes. The ones I did, are stunning now. Kathy, Steve and especially Derek great people to know. But the owner, very unaware of the depth of work needed to make the park nice again. He is not able to communicate or trust anyone or spend money.
holiday East would be jealous
