My wife and myself always enjoy coming to Dennys. Good food and nice service.
The restaurant was messy, trash under tables, bathroom messy with paper on floor and on the carpet leaving rest room... The person seating us was less than professional by pointing at the table to sit at... The waitress in such a hurry that it felt as if we were holding her up.. Then she threw our place mats on the table and walked away without a word.. Had to ask another waitress for the water that was order after I had finished my meal... Due to poor service and messy appearance probably will not return... Mickey D's would be better atmosphere... This visit was a gift to me with the friend I was with. How you got me as a visitor I don't know since I did not use any of my cards but it makes feel unsafe in your establishment...
Service was great. Food was perfect. The atmosphere was very pleasant.
Not usually our first choice for breakfast in Belleville service is always slooowww but Mike's was closed and Crackle Barrel was Jammed so what the heck we are off work and in no rush. Good thing too because they didn't have many folks dining and the food took twice the normally long wait! When it did arrive it was as ordered and as expected from a chain-since we were starving by then it tasted better then expected. Hey maybe that was their plan all along!
Really friendly staff. We always show up with 10 kids and they are very nice and accommodating. They make any requested substitution and changes with no questions. Also allow you to do kids birthdays without stressing the noise.
