Alysa greets you, she is happy and helpful. Room was wonderful. Breakfast was the best as usual in Hampton's. Beds the most comfortable this side of heaven. I love how I can get a hot drink in the evening and relax.
The facilities were great. Comfy beds were nice. Guest service at check in was lacking. The lady wasn't very personable at all.
i traveled all night, arrived at 2 AM and the service was terrible. the lady at the desk did not want to do her job, and i’ve been ill. i asked to stay a little longer in order to have time to cool down and ready myself but the lady refused to even listen. terrible i won’t be visiting again
Smoke ingested hotel. I've stayed here several times on business however this last stay was very disappointing and not to Hilton standards for their hotels. This "non-smoking" hotel is just the opposite. There was obvious smoke throughout the second floor hallway as well as in my room. I am allergic and because of my late arrival they didn't have any other room and I couldn't move to any other hotels in the area because they were full. When bringing the issue up with the front desk, they didn't seem to care. Since there were no available rooms in the area my second night I was forced to stay in the same smoky room. Five days later, I'm still dealing with the effects. Never again. Hampton and Hilton need to address immediately!!!
I just came from the Chicago Evanston Hampton to here and let me tell you,,, it’s totally like night and day. The staff here is VERY rude. Legit every person I’ve come in contact with was nasty as all get out. Our sofa bed was not clean linen, there was something that smelled like garlic and it looked like pizza sauce all over the sheets. There was a bug walking all over the room like it owned it. We didn’t get here until 3 am with sick children, traveling in terrible driving conditions (very slippery) and the management refused a hour later check out. We even called the Hampton hotline because of how ride the staff was. They had nothing but pork on the hot part of the breakfast. Even in the eggs..... They made too unapproachable. I wouldn’t stay here again if I was paid to. .
