Went in for a heart checkup, waited over an hour with no notification. when i went out to see what was going on, the office staff had all gone to lunch. terrible service, like it's run by clowns or something.
Today (dec 26th) it's nearly 11am and i need a refill and their phones are going to their mail system, even though i know they are open. I'll be heading to their office in hopes of getting this refill. ridiculous.

My doctor is there but rarely can they fit me in. Often I go to urgent care down the road only a few more dollars and same day, no appt, in and out. Diagnosis is correct too.
Go to a different office if you can. This place needs a serious shakeup.
Absolutely fallen off the cliff in terms of reliability and ease of communication and wait times. I've run out of medication several times and called in refills that never were filled, leaving me to damage my body for days (type 1 diabetic - you'd think they would know this is important).
Terrible and completely incompetent! I would not go here if it was ther last practice in the area. Office staff has NO IDEA what they are doing. Stay clear at all costs.
Super slow. They always lose my records and have to start a new file. Im not happy with this in any form or way.
