This is literally the worst bank I have ever been to they don't try to help in any situation and the employees are trash as well beware
Do not bank with PNC! Worst customer service ever! They love to screw over small business owners! They randomly deduct money out of your account without your approval and then take two weeks to put your own money back into your account. Horrible bank, horrible service.
Natalie is AMAZING. She always greets everyone and seems to have a lot of regulars. She makes every customer feel like they matter!! However, when she isn't there no one else seems to greet people as she does! They have a line out the door one person running drive thru one person helping the line and the other sitting at the front desk being a "greeter" come on now I much rather have the "greeter" helping the line instead of sitting there looking around and us waiting 20 mins in line (not that it happen today) but it happens too often!!
