NEVER COME HERE!! To start the bathrooms smelled to hell and were filthy. Then we went to get into the lazy river. I had called ahead and asked if I could go in without a tube because I have shoulder problems and they said of course. So I go in and all the lifeguards start screaming at me not talking SCREAMING that I can't be in with out an inner tube. So me and my family got out then we went to the bucket for my daughter and the floor was so rocky that she completely cut up her feet and left crying and bleeding and no one asked if we were ok. Then to top it all off they gave us a stamp without asking us if it was ok. So before my daughter got one I asked if it had green dye in it (she's allergic) and they said no so they grabbed her hand and put it on her. Well guess what it obviously was because she completely had an allergic reaction and we had to take her to the ER and they had to give her a sedative. A SEDATIVE FOR A 6 YEAR OLD!! Never take your kids or family here.
Went on a Wednesday afternoon, it was on a nice and sunny day. There were a lot of people there but i never felt like it was overwhelmingly busy. The lazy river is great, there are only 2 slides for adults, has a great big grassy area for you to lay out sheets and towels to lay out away from all the pools. Overall it was very enjoyable and will definitely be making return trips.
Great place for picnic, running and biking .. well maintained! Good place for a relaxing morning walk with stunning fall colors
Extremely RUDE staff. If you get food you are not Allowed to watch your children. I have honestly never been treated so badly before. Once I threw away all the food I bought, I found a lifeguard bent over screaming in my child's face while he cried. I am still shocked. Maybe if the front people would let parents in, this wouldn't happen. Do NOT recommend to anyone!!!
This place is a lot of fun. My husband, my daughter and I have been there a few times. However, the last time we were there on a weekend last summer we had our towels laying on the grass underneath a tree. (the side to the right where the water sprayer is when you come in). We were getting ready to leave and picked up our towels and found a tick stuck to my daughter's towel. Luckily, I saw it and shook off the towel before any if us were bit by it. Seriously people, spray the are for bugs. We're not going back.
